I have been extremely passionate about nutrition since I started my degree. I graduated as MSc, Food Science & Nutrition at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, UK. In addition, I completed my Master’s Degree in Biochemistry at the University of Gdansk, Poland. These studies gave me an essential knowledge about all the chemical processes. Consequently, this knowledge enables me to plan the diet that suits the needs of individuals. Furthermore, I am an active member of The American Nutrition Association, which keeps me up-to-date with work of world’s best nutritionists and scientists. I am also experienced Registered Nutritionist (UKVRN) who specialises in helping those that require evidence based nutritional intervention to help them modify their health status.
Being an active athlete got me interested in diet for muscle mass growth and performance enhancing food. For that reason I completed the Sports Nutrition Course. I am absolutely fascinated with improving the athletic performance and helping sportsmen to achieve their specific goals.
As a proud mum of two baby boys, I understand the nutritional needs during pregnancy. I enjoy working with pregnant women and new mums. I help them to recover and get in shape after all the changes in their bodies. I also guide in weaning babies onto solids and introducing proper food.
