DUO – excercise in pairs

- Do you want to feel good in your body and you don’t know how to start exercising?
This program is designed for everyone of any fitness ability. It is an ideal afternoon activity for a mum and baby, who can exercise with their partner,sister or friend!
DUO is 30 min cardiovascular training where mums are encouraged to work out together, exercising whole body & pelvic floor muscles. During
DUO you will burn calories, strengthen muscles and relax your body and mind.
DUO gives mums the chance to enjoy working out in pairs, motivating and encouraging each other, meet other parents, have a laugh and share experiences.
An afternoon session gives families and friends a chance to enjoy exercising together after school.
By exercising with as, you will set a great example for your children.
This will show your kids what a healthy lifestyle looks like.
We work partnership with charity Broomhouse Health Strategy Group.
